Teaching Poem Analysis to Young Learners

This morning, we did a variation of Poem Analysis (the usual is by filling up a standard Poem Analysis sheet) by means of extracting the Elements of a Short Story of two poems verbally, and then drawing and coloring the respective main characters followed with describing each drawing (similar to summary writing in the standard Poem Analysis sheet).
